Terms and Conditions

Nothing in the DiscUs Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

First-party DiscUs shop purchases keep their non-excludable consumer guarantees. Marketplace transactions between users are treated separately.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create a DiscUs account.
• Users under 18 need parent or guardian permission for purchases, subscriptions, trades, listings, and other money-related features.
• One person should maintain one account unless DiscUs expressly allows otherwise.

• Paid plans may be offered with higher quotas and extra features. Billing only starts after you choose a plan and confirm it through checkout.
• A cancellation or change to a lower-cost plan ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. After that, features above the new limit may be locked or made non-interactive.
• Current paid-plan checkout prices are final AUD totals. DiscUs is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged and any plan invoice is a standard invoice rather than a tax invoice. If that changes later, new versioned prices and tax wording will apply prospectively.
• 1,000 DiscOs provide A$1 off eligible first-party shop purchases. The published tier percentage, monthly redemption allowance, product eligibility, and order margin rules can reduce the amount usable in one checkout.
• DiscOs do not currently expire and have no cash value. Monthly DiscO earning limits do not stop verified activity from earning Collector Experience (EXP), which drives Collector Levels and rankings. EXP may be reversed if the underlying activity is invalidated.

• The first-party shop currently supports Australia and New Zealand shipping where enabled, with United States and Canada expansion planned later.
• DiscUs is not currently registered for GST. DiscUs checkout, order confirmations, and in-app order records show the final AUD total and state that no GST was charged.
• If DiscUs registers for GST later, new versioned prices and tax wording may apply prospectively; completed orders and historical records will not be rewritten.
• DiscUs does not offer change-of-mind returns. Contact DiscUs first before sending any return.

• Condition grades may include mint, excellent, very good, good, acceptable, and poor.
• Shipping options may include economy, standard, express, and signature add-on.
• Budget or economy shipping is only intended for eligible single padded-sleeve items.

• Celestial Shop is the DiscUs member marketplace.
• Creating listings is limited to Silver plan users and above unless DiscUs expressly allows otherwise.
• Celestial Shop is peer-to-peer only. DiscUs is not the buyer, seller, escrow provider, payment processor, shipping provider, insurer, or guarantor.

DiscUs may warn, restrict, lock, suspend, or terminate accounts for serious, repeated, unsafe, fraudulent, unlawful, or high-risk behaviour.

Serious rule breaking can lead to immediate suspension or termination where notice would be unsafe, impractical, unlawful, or likely to increase risk.

Pricing estimates, deal scores, collection values, marketplace insights, and AI-assisted suggestions are informational only and can be wrong.
